报告摘要:

Nuclear materials receive damages from incident high energy particles. If defects are produced, they induce degradation of material properties. Factors that influence generation and accumulation of point defects are: 1) Primary knock-on atom (PKA) energy, 2) Pre-existing defects, 3) Irradiation dose, 4) Materials parameters such as crystal structures and mobility of defects, 5) Damage rate, 6) Irradiation temperature, 7) Alloying elements and so on. In this lecture, the role of these factors is discussed.
