Qiuming Yu 教授，美国籍，华盛顿大学化工系正教授。研究工作：微纳结构制造和光学，生物传感 Qiuming Yu received her B.S. and M.S. in Chemistry from Nanjing University in China, her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, and did postdoctoral work in Micro-devices Laboratory at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory / California Institute of Technology. After spent three years as research assistant professor in Chemical Engineering at Kansas State University, she moved to the University of Washington in 2000. She served as research associate in Physics and Chemical Engineering, and lab manager for the Nanotech User Facility, which is the NSF Nanotechnology Infrastructure Network led by Cornell. In 2009 she joined the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Washington where she is now a full professor. Her research focuses on plasmonic nanostructures and inorganic, polymeric and hybrid nanomaterials for biosensing and optoelectronic device applications.
