Complex plasmas, particularly dusty plasmas, are widely investigated in many aspects including the visible features of micron particles for exhibiting classical microscope processes in a macrospore scale. In this presentation, we further show that certain fundamental quantum effects can be visibly shown in complex plasmas. A few of examples are applied. First, by an uninterfered dispersion measurement of dust lattice waves, one can show that why a quantum state can be represented by a complete set of eigenfunctions before measurement. And then by a drive-response measurement, one can show that how the complete set of eigenfunctions collapses into a specific eigenstate by the corresponding eigenvalue measurement. Moreover, it is also displayed that how a discrete spectrum is formed in bounded states, and the “energy” degeneracy is resolved by the measurement of “momentum” in a dust-chain with alien particles.

王晓钢教授于1982年毕业于大连工学院物理系,1991年于哥伦比亚大学获理学博士学位;现为中国物理学会等离子体物理分会主任,美国物理学会(APS)会士,哈尔滨工业大学大科学工程等离子体系统首席顾问。

他长期从事等离子体科学、空间科学与非线性科学的研究工作,在空间与实验室等离子体物理特别是磁重联理论与复杂等离子体研究方面作出了国际同行认可的贡献,与合作者一起在国际上通过卫星观测发现了“磁零点”,相关成果发表《Nature Physics》杂志上,并入选2006年中国高校十大科技进展奖。他从2007年起作为国家磁约束核聚变专家委员会委员参与国家磁约束聚变能研究ITER国际合作专项组织、咨询工作。
